CrossFit WOD:Here's some old footage of Rickson Gracie in his movie "Choke". Rickson is preparing for an MMA fight and shows some of his Yoga and Ginastica Natural training. It is very interesting to see how a living legend like Rickson trains and hear his philosophies!
