Cobrinha Seminar
A big thank you to all of you who attended the Cobrinha seminar! We had the pleasure of having him as our guest this weekend, and Cobrinha was an awesome instructor. He even made us dessert! Aside from being a BJJ World Champion, he also loves to bake. Who knew? He far exceeded our expectations and we are very glad that we had the opportunity to bring him to San Diego. In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it "Body Armor". From here on it will be referred to as "Murph" in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
