Women's Self-Defense

Women's Self-Defense Workshop

This past Sunday, we hosted our first free Women's Self-Defense Workshop. Jim instructed the class and it was a great success! We thank everyone who came out to participate, and hope you can make it out to one. Our next scheduled class is March 28 and is currently full, but we will be scheduling future dates.
