  1. Yo...here's the workout we did this morning (we being Roger, John, and me)

    3 rounds (21 reps / 15 reps / 9 reps):

    Pull ups
    Double cleans w/ two 16kg kettlebells
    Band pulls

    After performing one workout, sprint up a 50 meter hill and back then start the next one (pull ups, sprint, kettlebells, sprint, bands, sprint).

    Cool down workout:

    Band sprints.
