Rafael Mendes Berimbolo
We will continue practicing the berimbolo this week from different situations. Here is Rafael Mendes using it from De La Riva guard against Renan Borges at the 2011 European Open. Remember we have a couple tournaments on the horizon so everyone keep training hard! Even if you're not planning to compete, show up and help everyone train!
