Deep Half Guard Sweep
This week we have been learning how to play the deep half guard. Here is Bernardo Faria using one of the techniques we have been drilling, the lapel sweep. Once the grip is in, it is very difficult to stop! Next week we will be mixing the half guard and deep half guard and doing a lot of drilling from both positions.
