Pizza Night!

A HUGE thank you to the Correia family for sponsoring pizza night! Three 28" pizzas were able to feed all the kids and parents tonight. A great reward after training!

115 pound Overhead squat, 10 reps
15 Toes to bar
20 GHD Sit-ups
