CrossFit WOD: Rest Day!
The Pan BJJ championships start this week on Thurs! There are over 2800 competitors this year. Here is a rundown of what happened last year at the Pan. Jason, Ben, Cory, Vince and Bret will all be competing in the biggest tournament in the U.S. Please wish them well!
