Grappling XExcellent showing at Grappling X yesterday! We took home a lot of hardware: 16 Golds, 6 Silvers, 4 Bronze. Our no gi games need some fine tuning but everyone looked great with the gi on! We're very proud of all our competitors and would like to thank everyone for coming to support and coach.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Back extensions
15 Knees to elbows
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
