Technique of the week: Foot drag
The foot drag is my favorite mount escapes. I was able to go from white to purple belt only using this technique to escape mount. Practice it with no hands, one hand, while the opponent is attacking your arm, while he's attacking your neck or with your eyes closed. Whatever you do: PRACTICE IT OFTEN!
