Nicholai after his first CrossFit workoutNicholai is a new Stronghold member and did his first CrossFit WOD today: Fran. He did a really good job with a time of 5:52! Nicholai used to be a professional skater and he's been an avid 24 Hour fitness guy. After his first WOD ever, he said, "Wow, in 6 minutes my body feels more tired than an hour at the gym."
