WOD

Happy Thanksgiving everybody

WOD is to do some turkey leg curls, squats from sitting at the table to getting up to get more food, and overall to have a safe and blessed holiday.

If you really need a workout though:

30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.
