Rest Day!

    50 push ups
    50 sit ups
    40 bicep curls w/push and press with 25lbs dumbells(20L/20R)
    30 bent over rows with 25lbs dumbells

    NOW I can rest...

    5 x 65lbs

    1 min handstand hold against wall(30sec-30sec)
