    3 rounds

    50 Pull ups
    21 Deadlifts (185 lbs)

    Did the 1st round with 185 lbs, but went down to 135 lbs because my hamstrings were sore.

    For a cool down did the following:

    3 sets of cleans (3 reps each set)

    95 lbs / 115 lbs / 115 lbs

    3 sets of clean and push press (3 reps each set)

    115 lbs / 115 lbs / 115 lbs

    20 kettlebell swings (18 lb for me, 35 lb for Rene and Roger)
