25 crunches
10 dips
cross bars
10 dips
10 bar jump
10 duck unders
25 supermans

kb sprawl and double clean
or clubbell swings and rockets

3rds
kb bear crawls
renegade rows
100yd sprint

switch occurred when runner finishes 100 yds.
