Team MagnitudeLast night, Michio, an old friend and training partner came down with a group of his students. We rolled for 1.5 hours and it was great for us to get some new bodies to roll with. Hopefully we can get more training in together soon!

50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
