Jacare's warm up and line drills

I found this video on youtube a week or two ago and it's has some cool line drills led by Romero Jacare. We will be incorporating some of these soon!

CrossFit WOD:

Seven rounds for time of:
10 Handstand push-ups
45lb dumbbells Squat clean, 10 reps
10 L-pull-ups
