Nice triangle setup

This week we will be covering more closed guard, focusing on posture breaking and the basic triangle. We will also be continuing to work on our armlock combinations! Sometimes it can be hard to hit triangles when your opponent knows they're coming so they have to be used in combination. Here is a good triangle setup from the kimura by Mike Swick.
