"Badger"

Complete three rounds for time of:

95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

  1. After twenty days off, and coming back down to sea level (Prescott,Az), I felt compelled to attack "Badger!" He proved to be more of a hero than I as I finished in an atrocious 38min 15 secs. First set was ass-2-ankles, but the last two were power cleans, but trust me, it did not look like much power. I gave some, he gave all! Hoo-yah Chief!
