So I didnt get to do the wod from crossfit but I did do a nice circuit with my rene and mike.
I took this model from trainforstrength.com and adapted it for 3 people

pull ups(5)
other two guys are doing:
1. kb swings(16kg)
2. lunges
3. burpees
4. hindu pushups
we completed 4 rds with 1 min rest in between
