quick afternoon workout I picked up from here:

6:24 24kg bell, put the bell down after every set.

Tiring but would be a beast of a workout if we added some sprints in between sets!


night workout:

5 sets 10 snatches 24kg KB
30 sec rest between sets

2 x 20 snatches 24kg
2 min rest

10 dead snatches 24kg

2.85 mi run
about 28 mins. crappy time
